»Haven’t you heard the news? Someone has killed the pawnbrokers. Ah, you already knew. Excuse me? That’s what I asked myself. Well, well. I think everybody is suspicious. What did you do yesterday evening? Oh, that sounds… well, they will certainly believe you.«

Be part of a neighborhood that is in turmoil after a murder happened in their midst. Various theories are going around, the police is in the dark and in the end everybody is suspicious. Find a new home, put your ear on thin walls and find the key to locked shacks. Listen to holy sinners or support their murky businesses. Meet characters that could have leapt from a Russian novel, share their sorrow and support or sabotage their plans.
Keep your ears to the ground and provide the prosecutor with information. In the end someone has to pay the murderous bill!
With their new immersive adventure Fleck und Frevel Prinzip Gonzo (Spiel des Lebens, Monypolo I + II) are inspired by a literary heavyweight and submerge into Dostojevsky’s St. Petersburg. Themes from his novel »Crime and Punishment« are brought to life and pages are opened that Dostojevsky might never have written.

Running time: approx. 2:30 hours.
Performance mainly in German.
