In its twelfth edition, NO LIMITS presents a diverse program featuring works by artists who identify as disabled, blind, chronically ill, Deaf, having learning disabilities or neurodivergent. For the first time, Germany’s largest and most important festival for Disability & Performing Arts is curated exclusively by disabled experts. Amidst post-apocalyptic survival strategies from Switzerland and a reimagining of Dante’s Divine Comedy from Belgium, a reckoning with myths from Brazil, and visually striking theatre from Poland, strong aesthetic signatures with a clear message become apparent.
In collaboration with HAU Hebbel am Ufer, Theater Thikwa, Ballhaus Ost, and Theater an der Parkaue, NO LIMITS presents international theater, dance, and performance groups, alongside workshops, parties, and interactive dialogue formats. In 2026, particular emphasis is placed on disabled artistic authorship as well as the accessibility of venues and performances.
The festival is funded by the Berlin Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion and Aktion Mensch.
